Our commitment is not just to best customer service but to the best possible price for our customers. As we can't monitor all online promotions all the time, you just tell us if you find a better deal somewhere else and we'll match it. That way you get our famous customer service, even at their promotional prices.
All we ask is the following:
- It's a current and verifiable offer on the same product
- Just common sense, we want to make sure we're comparing apples to apples. So the lower price must be current and for the same, new, quality SaniFlo products that we sell. (ie a used toilet from Craigslist just doesn't count)
- It's from an authorized online SaniFlo dealer
- Again, just to keep things fair, we can only compete against other authorized online SaniFlo dealers. (ie you can't ask your cousin Al to put up a blog post offering an imaginary $1,000 SaniFlo product for $5 bucks). The product must be real, in stock, actually sold at the price.
- We pre-approve the price match
- Since people on the internet tend to be incredibly clever at scamming the system, and we try to keep things simple around here, we just ask that you email us the offer you'd like us to match, and we'll give you a written pre-approval ahead of time. That way there is no possibility for misunderstanding. If it's a real offer, we'll match it and ship your products right away with our free 2 day UPS shipping. If we don't feel the offer is realistic, then we'll let you know and you're welcome to buy from that other vendor. Either way, the customer is happy and that's our priority.
