The SANITOP is the smallest and quietest macerator on the market ! You can now order online this model. We stock limited quantities of the Sanitop model. Because of the limited quantities, we will email you if there is any delay in your order of this model.
The Sanitop is a system that is used to install a complete bathroom up to 12 feet below the sewer line, or even up to 120 feet away from a soil stack. It can handle the effluent from a toilet and sink ONLY. If you want to install more bathroom fixtures such as a shower or tub, see the SaniPLUS model.
A normal operating cycle for Sanitop takes about 10 - 15 seconds depending upon the discharge pipe run configuration; power consumption is therefore minimal.
A non-return valve, which comes already assembled on the discharge elbow, prevents back flow into the unit.
The design of this model consists of vibration absorbers which enable the reduction of operating sound by reducing the transmitted sounds from any location where such resonance transmission could occur. This new design reduces the operating sound of this pump by 10dB.
The Sanitop is simplicity itself to install; there are just four connections.
- The macerator/pump is connected to the spigot of a horizontal rear discharge toilet.
- The toilet tank is connected to the water supply.
- The macerator/pump is connected to the small diameter discharge pipe work.
- The macerator/pump is connected to the electrical supply.
The Sanitop unit must be connected to our rear discharge toilet. This system uses much less water than a regular toilet as it only uses 1.6 USG (6 liters) of water per flush. Note: This toilet only works in combination with the
Sanitop.
The Sanitop has been certified to American and Canadian Standards.
Optional extension pipe
Installing the macerator unit behind a wall is made easy by using a proprietary extension pipe. This Extension Pipe is used with Saniplus and Sanibest products. The extension pipe is 18 inches in length and one side is pushed onto the spigot of the toilet and the other side, slips inside the macerator connection. When using the extension pipe, the toilet bowl should be raised 3/8 inch for additional gravity flow toward the macerator box.
