Well, it has been a pleasant experience ordering from you. Well, the plumber just finished installing the toilet and it works well according to his test. I haven't put it to the real test but I'm sure that it will be used tomorrow. My wife was overjoyed to think that the main bath will be solely hers. She has already planned to move me out, (of her bathroom.) I will send you a real evaluation as soon as I use it a while, but so far you have lived up to every advertised line, so I expect the product to perform well. Blessings with thanks, Carl

Very fast shipping an arrived in excellent condition. Took 2 days to return my phone call on installation over the weekend. Overall i was satisfied with my order. Our reply: Funerals, sickness, hospital and such do happen occasionally. We make every attempt to return calls immediately and not the next day even.
